Responsabilidades
- Install equipment, infrastructure software, and software packages on workstations and servers
- Provide technical assistance to users
- Perform periodic preventive maintenance
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and network issues
- Manage small network environments and Microsoft infrastructure services
- Coordinate with external service providers
- Lead and oversee a team of technicians
Requisitos
- More than 4 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience with Windows 11
- Proficiency managing Microsoft services, including Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, GPOs, groups, and users
- Hands-on experience with monitors, network printers, computers, scanners, switches, routers, and other communication equipment
- Experience diagnosing and resolving network issues involving subnets, IP, and VPN
- Experience with remote-control tools such as TeamViewer, SCCM, and CmRcViewer
- Familiarity with video-conferencing systems including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet
- Experience synchronizing Apple and Android smart devices
- Experience with VMware Horizon Client and VDI
- Knowledge of multi-factor authentication, including Google Authenticator
Se valora
- MCT, MCP, or MCITP certification
- Knowledge of recording equipment
- Experience with Sysprep and image deployment
