Lead local IT and OT operations and infrastructure management for an industrial site. Coordinate stakeholders, platform teams, vendors, budgets, assets, and operational priorities.
Responsabilidades
- Lead local IT and OT operations and infrastructure matters for the site
- Prioritize site requests and represent site capability needs to platform teams
- Manage managed service providers supporting deskside, server, and IT/OT infrastructure operations
- Own the local IT/OT strategy and portfolio and coordinate delivery through platform and co-located teams
- Oversee employees and contractors providing daily IT/OT infrastructure support
- Coordinate asset requirements, priorities, strategic planning, and capacity planning
- Partner with local IT and business leaders on budgets and regional priorities
- Represent IT operations and foundation matters on the local leadership team
- Support implementation of new IT/OT initiatives
- Respond proactively to production issues and project work
- Maintain infrastructure, systems, and software compliance
- Visit offshore sites approximately once per month
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in IT asset management and IT/OT operations
- At least five years of progressive operational leadership experience
- Experience with on-premises infrastructure and Azure cloud
- Knowledge of monitoring, network availability and latency, application performance, change management, emergency response, demand forecasting, and capacity planning
- Strong people management, investigation, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into standardized, sustainable technical solutions
- Israeli nationality and national security clearance required
