Lead infrastructure operations, technology projects and a team supporting systems across a large retail organization. The role covers servers, virtualization, networks, security and complex Tier 2/3 support.
Responsabilidades
- Own day-to-day infrastructure availability, operations and maintenance
- Lead infrastructure, networking, information security and systems upgrade projects from planning through delivery
- Guide IT and support staff, assign work, mentor colleagues and help resolve complex issues
- Manage Active Directory, virtualization and on-premises and cloud Windows/Linux servers
- Maintain communications networks across headquarters, distribution facilities and retail locations
- Manage disaster recovery, backups, endpoint security, firewalls, mail relay and access controls
- Respond to cybersecurity incidents and provide Tier 2/3 technical support
- Monitor system availability and maintain operating procedures and architecture documentation
Requisitos
- At least 4 years of senior systems or infrastructure experience in a distributed organization
- Experience implementing information systems in large organizations
- Experience leading complex IT projects and guiding or managing a team or support staff
- Strong experience with Nutanix and/or VMware virtualization
- Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft 365 or Exchange Online, and Azure AD/Entra ID
- Strong networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, firewalls, Cisco or Aruba equipment, and VPN
- Experience with backup and security solutions such as Veeam and EDR
