Support and maintain endpoint devices and infrastructure for a large organization, including Tier 2 troubleshooting, cloud environments, and technology lifecycle tasks.
Responsabilidades
- Set up, configure, and maintain laptops, desktop computers, and other hardware.
- Diagnose and resolve complex Tier 2 technical issues for key users.
- Support and help manage cloud and hybrid infrastructure.
- Manage Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Track equipment inventory, deploy images remotely, and maintain organizational endpoint systems.
Requisitos
- At least two years of experience as a PC or computer technician, network administrator, or help desk professional.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of basic networking, computer hardware, and troubleshooting.
- Strong service orientation, interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently.
