A large automotive company is seeking a Tier 2 PC and Network Technician to provide technical support for users, endpoints, and network-related issues in the Shephelah area.
Responsabilidades
- Provide Tier 2 PC and endpoint support
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, Office, and communication issues
- Support Windows 10/11 workstations and Microsoft systems
- Assist with Active Directory and network-related issues in a multi-server environment
Requisitos
- At least 3 years of experience as a PC Technician in a similar role
- At least 3 years of Tier 2 PC support experience
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware, software, endpoint, and communication issues
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting Windows 10/11 operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with Active Directory, networking, and environments with multiple servers and endpoint workstations
- Experience with Microsoft systems
- Strong technical aptitude
