An education technology company is seeking a technically minded team member for a long-term, full-time role supporting and implementing Moodle systems at a client site in Tel Aviv.
Responsabilidades
- Provide support and guidance to lecturers and students using Moodle
- Respond to user requests by email and telephone
- Troubleshoot issues in real time
- Deliver in-person training for system users
- Write user guides and produce training videos
- Manage Moodle environments, including setup and ongoing maintenance
Requisitos
- Strong technical aptitude and interest in information systems
- Interest in developing a long-term career in the field
- Availability for full-time, on-site work in Tel Aviv
