A leading organization is hiring a technical support specialist for an internal helpdesk role in Holon. The position provides phone, in-person, and remote support for users and endpoint equipment. It is full-time, includes occasional compensated Friday and Saturday shifts, and is not a field role.
Responsabilidades
- Resolve hardware and software incidents
- Provide telephone, in-person, and remote support to users
- Install and maintain desktop and laptop computers
- Support peripheral equipment, including printers, scanners, and telephony systems
- Administer users and permissions in Active Directory and Microsoft 365
- Install system images and troubleshoot endpoint devices
Requisitos
- At least one year of experience in technical assistance or helpdesk support for medium-sized or large organizations
- Experience resolving hardware and software issues in person, by phone, and through remote access
- Excellent knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365, including user and permission administration
- Hands-on experience installing system images
- Experience supporting desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, switches, and other endpoint equipment
- Basic understanding of hardware, IT infrastructure, and communications
