A large organization is seeking a full-time, hybrid Technical Support Coordinator in Rehovot to provide advanced systems support, resolve user issues, and deliver user training.
Responsabilidades
- Provide advanced technical support for organizational systems.
- Handle complex technical issues and user requests.
- Train users on relevant systems and processes.
- Provide technical support at conferences, training sessions, and events.
- Coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders.
Requisitos
- At least six months of experience in customer service, technical support, and user training.
- Full professional proficiency in written and spoken Hebrew.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong customer-service orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
