Seeking a junior system administrator for a hands-on role supporting Microsoft cloud services, identity, endpoints, and enterprise users.
Responsabilidades
- Administer and maintain Microsoft 365.
- Manage Microsoft Azure environments.
- Manage users, groups, and permissions in Entra ID/Azure AD.
- Manage endpoints and devices with Microsoft Intune.
- Troubleshoot user and system issues in Microsoft environments.
- Administer Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including account creation and endpoint setup.
- Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Requisitos
- Practical experience with Microsoft environments.
- Hands-on familiarity with Microsoft Azure.
- Experience managing users, groups, permissions, and licenses.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and enterprise endpoints.
