A stable IT services company is seeking a responsible, service-oriented PC technician for full-time work in Ashkelon. The role combines customer support, field service, troubleshooting, and computer installations.
Responsabilidades
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktop and laptop computers
- Install operating systems, drivers, software, and peripheral equipment
- Provide in-person and telephone technical support to customers
- Resolve basic network issues involving printers, file sharing, and internet connectivity
- Manage and update service-ticket systems
- Provide on-site technical service to customers
Requisitos
- At least one year of previous experience as a PC technician
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Valid driving license
- Service-oriented and responsible approach
Se valora
- MCSA or CCNA certification
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Outlook, and network printers
- Previous field service experience with customers
