Responsabilidades
- Resolve technical issues and provide technical support to company employees
- Coordinate with external technical support providers
- Process incoming goods from overseas suppliers in company systems
- Install software and support business applications
Requisitos
- Previous knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience installing software
- Basic knowledge of DNS and DHCP
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Good technical understanding and ability to learn new systems quickly
