Provide frontline and remote technical support for workplace computing, network, communication, and multimedia systems in Nazareth.
Responsabilidades
- Provide onsite and remote support for computers, monitors, network printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
- Install, configure, and maintain computing equipment, operating systems, infrastructure software, and workstation applications.
- Support Microsoft services and network environments, including Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS.
- Operate and support VDI, MFA, and remote-control tools.
- Support multimedia and video-conferencing systems, including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and Skype for Business.
- Diagnose and resolve network, computer, printer, switch, and communications-equipment incidents.
Requisitos
- Relevant education and at least one year of Help Desk support experience.
- Hands-on experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft Server services, including Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS.
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve computer, network, printer, and peripheral equipment issues.
- Experience deploying images with SCCM and preparing images with Sysprep.
- Knowledge of switches, routers, subnetting, IP addressing, and IPVPN.
- Experience administering Active Directory users, groups, and Group Policy Objects.
- Experience operating video-conferencing systems, VMware Horizon Client in VDI environments, and MFA systems.
