A leading organization in the Ness Ziona–Rehovot area is seeking a full-time Help Desk Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to company employees.
Responsabilidades
- Provide telephone support to employees for hardware and software issues
- Support Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
- Manage user accounts in Active Directory
- Troubleshoot network and communications-point issues
Requisitos
- At least two years of Help Desk support experience, including military experience
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Exchange
- Experience supporting Windows operating systems
