Responsabilidades
- Operate, maintain, and quality-check the institute’s information systems and IT infrastructure.
- Administer CRM, payment, room-management, laboratory-management, and related systems.
- Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and system updates.
- Manage the institute’s IT infrastructure and coordinate directly with the university’s central IT department.
- Support procurement of technological and scientific equipment by comparing quotations, reviewing specifications, identifying alternatives, and liaising with suppliers.
- Lead automation and integration processes, including connections between CRM, payment systems, and communication channels such as WhatsApp.
- Connect sports and medical measurement equipment with the institute’s data-management systems, including wireless connection settings and data-transfer protocols.
- Provide technical support to professional and research teams and coordinate with internal and external integration partners.
Requisitos
- At least two years of experience in technology operations or information systems.
- Technical understanding and experience supporting varied hardware and software systems.
- Familiarity with computer networks and data-transfer interfaces.
- Experience operating or implementing CRM systems.
- High-level English reading, writing, and speaking skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills.
Se valora
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, industrial engineering and management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Experience with automation tools such as Make or Zapier.
- Interest or experience in sports and training.

- Familiarity with AI tools and coding assistants.
