Provide user support, troubleshoot hardware and software, maintain computer and communication equipment, and implement workplace technology solutions.
Responsabilidades
- Provide telephone support and resolve technical issues remotely
- Maintain and repair personal computers and other computing equipment
- Install and maintain communication equipment, telephony, cameras, multimedia systems, and access-control systems
- Install and implement software solutions and train users
- Deliver end-user training and support for computer systems
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software faults
Requisitos
- Certified PC Technician and/or certified network administrator qualification, such as Microsoft MCSA or MTA
- At least two years of experience in a similar role
- Required knowledge and experience with computer networks
- Experience with Active Directory
- Strong command of Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Native-level Hebrew and very good English
- Strong service orientation and professional ethics
- Ability to learn independently, communicate effectively, and work both independently and in a team
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
