A dynamic technology company in Hadera is hiring an experienced IT Support Technician to join its IT support center and provide technical solutions to business customers. The role is full-time, with Thursday work performed from home, and includes rotating on-call shifts and overtime as needed.
Responsabilidades
- Provide technical support and solutions to business customers
- Support users and systems across Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and server environments
- Participate in rotating on-call coverage and resolve technical issues
Requisitos
- At least one year of experience in technical support or relevant military experience
- Strong service orientation
- Knowledge of Active Directory
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Exchange Online
- Knowledge of server environments
- Willingness to work overtime and participate in rotating on-call shifts
