Responsabilidades
- Provide technical support to ministry headquarters and district employees.
- Troubleshoot issues and guide users.
- Check eligibility and assign permissions in internal systems.
- Handle requests through a CRM system and respond by phone.
- Work with Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Coordinate with organizational stakeholders.
Requisitos
- Experience in technical support.
- Proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and Active Directory is required.
- Service-oriented approach and strong interpersonal skills.
