Provide hands-on internal IT support for a cloud engineering team in Tel Aviv, maintaining infrastructure, supporting users, and improving operational reliability.
Responsabilidades
- Own end-to-end technical onboarding and offboarding processes
- Perform routine maintenance for IT infrastructure and office hardware
- Serve as the primary contact for internal IT requests
- Resolve common technical issues and escalate complex problems appropriately
- Provide embedded IT support to a cloud engineering team
- Collaborate on IT process improvements and operational efficiency
- Identify opportunities to improve system upkeep and user lifecycle management
Requisitos
- Ability to diagnose root causes and prevent system failures
- Experience managing technical onboarding and secure offboarding
- Proactive approach to IT systems maintenance
- Ability to troubleshoot and independently resolve a broad range of technical issues
- Understanding of troubleshooting and escalation protocols
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and cross-functional teams
