Support the company’s employees, systems, infrastructure, and workplace technology while helping scale reliable IT operations in a fast-growing digital health SaaS environment.
Responsabilidades
- Provide technical support for software, hardware, and network issues.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including device and account provisioning.
- Maintain IT infrastructure, server racks, network devices, meeting room technology, and physical systems.
- Manage procurement, inventory, maintenance, and disposal of IT assets.
- Automate repetitive IT tasks and develop scripts or operational tools.
- Coordinate IT vendors and support equipment and software procurement.
- Support information security policies, user permissions, and HIPAA-related compliance requirements.
- Document IT systems, processes, and procedures.
Requisitos
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in IT support or administration.
- Strong knowledge of macOS and Windows.
- Experience with cloud productivity tools such as Google Workspace and Slack.
- Understanding of identity and access management.
- Solid knowledge of networking concepts and hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Experience with ticketing systems and endpoint security tools.
- Experience automating IT processes with Python, Bash, or configuration management tools.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

- Experience with JumpCloud, 1Password, Jira, SentinelOne, or comparable tools.
- Experience with office access control systems.
- Ability to improve IT operations through scripting or configuration management.
