Responsabilidades
- Provide technical support to end users
- Handle Microsoft 365 support tasks
- Maintain and troubleshoot file servers, Active Directory, and printers
- Install, maintain, and support Windows and Mac computers
- Resolve service requests and provide a high level of user service
Requisitos
- Experience providing technical support to end users at Tier 1–2 level
- Ability to work with Microsoft 365
- Experience supporting Windows and Mac computers
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and manage multiple tasks under pressure
