- Support users and enterprise applications
Requisitos
- At least one year of ERP support experience in a large organization
- Experience administering users through Active Directory
Se valora
- MCSA, MCITP, or CCNA certification
- At least one year of CRM support experience in a large organization
- Experience supporting virtual environments, operating systems, Microsoft Office, printers, and IP phone systems
