Manage organizational knowledge and employee training in mortgages and non-bank financing.
Responsabilidades
- Manage and embed organizational knowledge related to mortgages and non-bank financing.
- Develop professional learning content.
- Build and lead onboarding processes for new employees.
- Deliver ongoing training and deepen existing employees’ professional knowledge.
- Identify knowledge gaps and develop and implement training solutions.
- Embed procedures and work processes, and oversee Salesforce system version rollouts.
- Work with underwriting, operations, customer service, and information systems teams.
Requisitos
- At least 4 years of experience in mortgage underwriting.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to deliver training and communicate information effectively.
- Ability to work independently.
Se valora
- Experience in knowledge management or training is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or Salesforce is an advantage.
