Responsabilidades
- Analyze financial performance, pricing, promotions, competitor trends, business activities, KPIs, and business units
- Define and monitor performance metrics and build dashboards and reports
- Provide analysis and recommendations for strategic business decisions
- Produce and distribute finance reports
- Create departmental and business budget plans and targets
- Communicate key metrics and insights to stakeholders
- Lead projects and process improvements that improve operational efficiency and controls
- Support forecasting across business verticals and units
- Develop economic tools and financial models for management decision-making
- Conduct market analysis and competitor financial benchmarking
- Create and maintain economic databases and financial products
- Develop AI-augmented economic models for scenario simulation and sensitivity analysis
- Automate recurring report generation and distribution using AI-drafted narratives and scheduled Slack or email delivery
Requisitos
- At least 3 years of hands-on analytical experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Industrial Engineering
- Strong SQL skills and experience with cloud data warehouses such as Athena or BigQuery
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, and modeling
- Experience participating in the design or implementation of AI or machine-learning tools for financial processes
- Strong technical capabilities and advanced Excel skills, including VBA
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
