Responsabilidades
- Lead operating expense planning, forecasting, tracking, and variance analysis
- Build and enhance financial models for scenario planning, cost analysis, run-rate visibility, and management decisions
- Develop automation, AI-enabled tools, and self-service reporting to improve efficiency, scalability, accuracy, and governance
- Analyze complex datasets and prepare executive-ready commentary and recommendations
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business drivers, challenge assumptions, and support prioritization
- Identify process gaps and lead improvements in planning, reporting, validation, and recurring analysis
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, accounting, industrial engineering, data analytics, or a related field
- At least 7 years of experience in FP&A, operations finance, cost accounting, or a related analytical role
- Experience with financial planning, forecasting, budget management, and advanced financial analysis
- Strong financial modeling skills, including scenario analysis, trend analysis, and management-level decision support
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
- Clear verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain strong ownership
