Full-time temporary position supporting the financial management of research projects, including budget planning, expenditure monitoring, reporting, and funding compliance.
Responsabilidades
- Prepare and manage research budgets in line with grant agreements and funding requirements.
- Support researchers with funding proposals and budget activation.
- Review and approve budget requests under organizational policies and funder guidelines.
- Monitor expenditures, appointments, travel costs, budget utilization, variances, and deficits.
- Collect financial data and documentation for reports.
- Prepare invoices and financial reports for funding organizations and support external audits.
- Monitor receivables and payments according to contractual terms.
- Complete the financial closure of research projects.
- Collaborate with researchers, finance teams, and other professional units.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Management, or a related financial discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Good command of English.
