A leading Israeli insurance and financial services organization is seeking a Payroll Analyst to manage payroll operations, controls, compliance, and compensation analysis in a hybrid full-time role in Rishon LeZion.
Responsabilidades
- Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including controls and validation
- Analyze payroll reports and identify discrepancies and exceptions
- Provide actionable payroll and compensation insights to management
- Coordinate with payroll and time-and-attendance systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, payroll regulations, and statutory requirements
- Drive continuous payroll process improvement
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree
- Certified Payroll Accountant certification
- 3–5 years of experience in payroll management and operations
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll taxation, and National Insurance regulations
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical ability and exceptional attention to detail
