Join a global e-commerce platform’s payments team to support daily payment operations, investigate transaction issues, analyze performance data, and improve payment integrations and processes.
Responsabilidades
- Support daily payment product operations and monitor functionality and performance.
- Investigate and resolve issues across payment gateways, acquirers, and payment methods.
- Analyze payment data to identify trends, anomalies, declines, approval-rate issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product, R&D, Finance, NOC, and external payment partners on escalations and process improvements.
- Monitor API-based payment integrations and support their ongoing stability.
- Manage payment flows including authorization, capture, refunds, and 3DS authentication.
- Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives.
Requisitos
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in payment flows and payment operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, business administration, economics, or a related field.
- Strong SQL and Excel skills.
- Familiarity with payment gateways, APIs, and integration flows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
