A leading global food company is seeking a junior financial analyst to support commercial decision-making through sales analysis, budget control, reporting, and business insights.
Responsabilidades
- Analyze sales performance against budgets, forecasts, and targets
- Control and manage trade budgets, commercial discounts, and variable expenses
- Build, maintain, and implement compensation models and annual and quarterly sales targets
- Partner with commerce and sales managers to generate business insights and support decisions
- Lead reporting and control processes and prepare management presentations for senior leadership
- Develop and improve reports and analytical tools using Excel and Power BI
- Analyze market trends, commercial performance, and opportunities to improve business results
- Work with organizational information systems and advanced AI and BI tools
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics is required
- Advanced Excel skills, including complex model building, advanced functions, and data analysis
- High analytical ability and strong business thinking
- Strong English proficiency
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple organizational stakeholders
- Ability to present messages and data clearly and persuasively
Se valora
- Up to one year of experience as an economist or analyst
- Experience with Power BI and SAP
