Retail organization seeking a junior financial analyst to support sales and commercial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, inventory control, and management reporting.
Responsabilidades
- Analyze and monitor sales and commercial data from financial and operational perspectives.
- Track budget performance and prepare annual budgets.
- Set monthly targets and monitor sales, payroll, and KPI performance.
- Prepare purchasing budgets and coordinate with commercial managers on inventory and orders.
- Manage retail promotions in line with budgets and inventory levels.
- Prepare analyses and forecasts, draw conclusions, and present findings.
- Create presentations for senior management.
- Prepare reports and presentations for the company’s European management team.
- Collaborate with commercial, sales, marketing, and finance teams.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in economics or business administration.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical thinking.
- High-level English proficiency.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and tasks under pressure.
- Service-oriented, proactive, creative, and independent approach.
