Own financial planning, business cases, treasury, and controls for a commercial agriculture company. Build the finance function from scratch, partnering with the CEO. Manage local accountants, ensure budget compliance, and drive operational performance through financial insights.
Responsabilidades
- Build business cases and economic models for new projects, regions, and capital investments
- Own finance-led forecasting and monthly performance reviews linked to operational drivers
- Manage treasury and cash flow including weekly cash positioning and FX management
- Enforce approval matrix, budget compliance, and internal control testing
- Design back office systems and roll out ERPNext across treasury, procurement, and controls
- Manage local accountants and own company-wide accounting policy
- Coordinate with Treasurer and CEO on financial decisions and bank relationships
Requisitos
- 5+ years in FP&A, controlling, treasury, or performance roles
- Ability to build financial and investment models from a blank sheet
- Comfort working as sole finance person with full ownership
- Willingness to travel up to 60-80 days/year
