Lead financial planning and analysis as a strategic partner to the CFO and executive leadership team. Own planning cycles, forecasts, performance management, decision support, and FP&A team development for a global digital manufacturing company.
Responsabilidades
- Manage the annual operating plan, long-term financial and operating plan, and quarterly forecast cycles
- Lead and develop the FP&A team
- Prepare monthly reporting and action-oriented variance analysis
- Provide rolling forecasts and financial guidance to executive leadership
- Support earnings preparation, Board materials, investor analysis, and major company projects
- Build financial models for planning, investment, M&A, lifecycle cost, and ROI analysis
- Analyze sales transactions, profitability, costing, standard costs, and margins
- Coordinate with Controlling and Accounting on planning, actuals, revenue recognition, cost accounting, and US GAAP reporting
- Lead finance IT, automation, and AI-enabled workflow initiatives
- Use data analytics and business intelligence tools to improve decisions
- Identify operational issues, recommend corrective actions, and improve processes
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, accounting, or business administration
- At least 12 years of progressive finance experience
- At least 5 years as an FP&A Director or equivalent at a global company
- Strong accounting knowledge and working knowledge of US GAAP
- Experience owning annual operating plans, long-term planning, and quarterly forecasting
- Experience partnering with a CFO and executive leadership team
- Strong finance systems, analytics, and business intelligence capabilities
- Excellent English communication skills
