A defense technology company is seeking a Corporate Development Associate to support strategic partnerships and equity or debt financing under the VP of Finance.
Responsabilidades
- Evaluate strategic partnerships and commercial agreements with technology providers, integrators, and defense-sector counterparts.
- Support due diligence and help prepare term sheets and partnership documentation.
- Build financial models and business cases to assess partnership economics and deal structures.
- Prepare board and executive materials.
- Support equity and debt financing processes, including financial models, data rooms, and investor or lender presentations.
- Analyze equity rounds, convertible instruments, and debt facilities.
- Coordinate diligence processes with investors, lenders, and advisors.
Requisitos
- 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity or venture capital, or management consulting.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
- Knowledge of equity and debt financing mechanics, including capitalization tables, term sheets, and financing instruments.
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
