Lead financial strategy, planning, operations, and team performance for a global investment platform supporting funds, investment vehicles, and management companies. This hybrid role is based in Jerusalem and requires three days per week in the office.
Responsabilidades
- Lead daily finance operations, priorities, resource allocation, issue escalation, and cross-team coordination
- Manage and mentor three Controllers or Team Leads and establish clear ownership across finance processes
- Oversee quarterly, annual, investor, management, fund, SPV, and management-company reporting
- Own financial statement close timetables, quality controls, and CPA or auditor coordination
- Oversee deal closings, capital calls, transfers, cash movements, and related reporting
- Provide finance support for follow-on investments, valuations, NAV, exits, distributions, secondaries, and write-offs
- Oversee FATCA, CRS, investor tax reporting, and other regulatory processes
- Coordinate tax cycles, CPA reviews, K-1, CAS, PFIC, capital gains, and investor-facing tax outputs
- Maintain controls over bank accounts, cash balances, receipts, distributions, wires, and reconciliations
- Build accountability, document process ownership, and develop a high-performing finance team
Requisitos
- At least 10 years of progressive finance experience, including at least four years in fund accounting, private equity, or venture capital
- CPA qualification from a Big Four firm and a public accounting or audit background
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Experience managing, mentoring, and developing finance teams across multiple workstreams and recurring deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Professional working proficiency in Hebrew
- Experience coordinating with external service providers and cross-functional stakeholders
- Familiarity with Israeli regulations, banking processes, banks, and tax authorities
Se valora
- Full bilingual fluency in English and Hebrew
- Experience with investment platforms, venture capital funds, partnership structures, private markets, asset management, fintech, or complex multi-entity environments
- Experience in Israeli and international business environments
- Familiarity with Salesforce, ERP and accounting systems, Snowflake or BI, automation, and AI initiatives
