Join the company’s management team and lead its accounting and finance activities, including reporting, compliance, cash flow, payroll, and budgeting.
Responsabilidades
- Maintain complete and accurate accounting records, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and fixed assets.
- Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and reporting requirements in Israel and the Netherlands, including tax, VAT, and customs.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage cash flow, collections, and supplier payments.
- Coordinate with external auditors and advisers on tax, customs, and government support.
- Prepare applications and reports for government support programs.
- Prepare payroll, payslips, and related reports.
- Prepare the company budget and report on actual results against plan.
Requisitos
- Certified public accountant
- Experience as a company accountant or assistant accountant in an organization with more than 20 employees, or as a manager in an accounting firm
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- High proficiency in spoken and written Hebrew and English
