A rapidly growing global financial technology company is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Controller to lead accounting and finance operations across international entities.
Responsabilidades
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
- Oversee accounting operations for the US parent company and international subsidiaries.
- Manage bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and collections.
- Own balance sheet, intercompany, cash, and working capital reconciliations.
- Maintain and improve financial processes, internal controls, reconciliations, and accounting policies.
- Oversee SaaS revenue recognition and contract accounting.
- Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, tax advisors, payroll providers, and finance vendors.
- Support statutory reporting, tax filings, audits, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
- Partner with department leaders on budgets, variance analysis, forecasting, and cost control.
- Support annual budgeting and periodic reforecasting.
- Partner with FP&A and business stakeholders on reporting and forecasts.
- Improve finance systems, automation, reporting infrastructure, and data quality.
- Support due diligence and strategic finance projects.
- Help develop the Finance team and scalable processes.
Requisitos
- CPA qualification with a Big Four background.
- At least 5 years of in-house finance experience after Big Four experience, including Controller-level responsibility.
- Experience in at least two in-house finance roles or companies following Big Four experience.
- Significant experience in a high-growth technology company or SaaS business.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.
- Strong understanding of SaaS revenue recognition and customer contract accounting.
- Experience with multi-entity and international accounting environments.
- Ability to independently manage an end-to-end monthly close.
- Experience overseeing bookkeeping or accounting teams.
- Experience with departmental budgets, budget-to-actual analysis, forecasting, and cost control.
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with financial systems and large datasets.
- Fluent English.
