Lead financial control and business performance for an Israel-based pharmaceutical business unit. Report to the CFO, manage a two-person team, and coordinate with global finance services and outsourced accounting partners.
Responsabilidades
- Own month-end close, financial accounting, statutory statements, and local and group reporting
- Coordinate Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, cash and banking, and expense processes
- Manage transactional finance services, approvals, escalations, and outsourced accounting partners
- Lead financial risk management, SOX controls, internal audits, external audits, and compliance requests
- Improve finance policies, procedures, process efficiency, and reporting automation
- Support collections, customer dispute resolution, and DSO and DPO performance
- Develop business cases, benefits tracking, KPIs, and decision-support solutions
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, target setting, performance reporting, and variance commentary
- Challenge sales and cost drivers and identify efficiency opportunities
- Manage tax calendars, review VAT and provisional tax calculations, and support governance activities
- Manage banking relationships, mandates, approvals, authorizations, and related systems
- Coach and develop a two-person finance team and align global and cross-functional stakeholders
Requisitos
- CPA qualification; CFA or CPA credentials are also referenced in the posting
- At least 10 years of financial accounting and controlling experience
- Working knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP
- Strong SAP knowledge
- Experience in a multinational or matrix organization
- Experience managing a process team against strict deadlines
- Experience in business analysis or finance business partnering
- Experience with financial controls, including SOX
- Experience working with a shared service center
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and investment-oriented decision-making skills
- Experience in a global pharmaceutical organization or knowledge of drug development and commercial operations
- Ability to use AI and automation tools to improve reporting and business insight
- Fluency in Hebrew and English
