Global fintech company seeking a Senior Controller to lead group financial close, consolidation, reporting, accounting policy application, and audit support.
Responsabilidades
- Lead and review monthly, quarterly, and annual group closing processes.
- Manage financial consolidation and review reporting packages from subsidiaries and regional finance teams.
- Review working papers, accruals, account reconciliations, journal entries, and analytical procedures.
- Analyze consolidated financial results, identify discrepancies, and coordinate resolutions.
- Ensure consistent application of accounting policies across entities and jurisdictions.
- Support preparation of consolidated financial statements and disclosures under applicable accounting standards.
- Coordinate annual audits and interim reviews, including audit deliverables and auditor requests.
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of experience in a Big Four firm or global fintech company.
- Previous finance department experience in a high-tech company.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Solid knowledge of GAAP.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and financial processes, including budgeting, closing, and reporting.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and CPA qualification.
