Join a corporate finance team as a Senior Controller responsible for financial reporting, closing processes, accounting controls, budgeting oversight, and cross-functional financial operations.
Responsabilidades
- Lead monthly and quarterly financial closing processes, including period-over-period analysis.
- Prepare financial and management reports for senior leadership and communicate business insights from the results.
- Manage budget-versus-actual monitoring, variance analysis, and budgetary control processes.
- Guide the bookkeeping team and ensure the accuracy and quality of accounting activities.
- Develop, implement, and monitor accounting governance processes and internal controls.
- Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and other professional service providers.
- Support cross-functional financial processes and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
Requisitos
- Approximately five years of in-house experience as a Controller or Assistant Controller in a corporate environment.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification.
- Mandatory bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Experience with financial closing, management reporting, and financial analysis.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and experience with ERP systems.
- Experience overseeing accounting and bookkeeping processes.
- Strong business acumen, organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with senior management.
- High proficiency in English.
