A cybersecurity company is seeking an experienced part-time Bookkeeper and Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll for more than 50 employees across two companies and oversee bookkeeping through trial balance. The role reports to the CFO and is based in Israel at a 60% workload.
Responsabilidades
- Own monthly payroll preparation, controls, processing, and reporting for more than 50 employees across two companies
- Manage attendance, leave, pension, study funds, and other payroll inputs in accordance with legal requirements
- Maintain bookkeeping through trial balance, including journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and closing support
- Manage vendor and customer accounts, invoice processing, collections, payments, and reconciliations
- Issue invoices and receipts, calculate indexation, and track tenant balances
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and submit recurring reports to relevant authorities
Requisitos
- Certified Payroll Specialist qualification
- At least Level 2 Bookkeeping Certificate
- At least 10 years of hands-on payroll and bookkeeping experience through trial balance
- Advanced Excel and strong MS Office skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with strong organization and interpersonal skills
