A physical AI company developing autonomous robotic systems is seeking a bookkeeper to support daily accounting operations in a fast-paced finance team.
Responsabilidades
- Perform daily bookkeeping and accounting tasks across accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the general ledger
- Process supplier invoices, execute payments, and manage outstanding debts
- Issue customer invoices and track revenue accurately
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of bookkeeping experience
- Bookkeeping certification, type 1+2
- Hands-on experience with Priority ERP
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
