A growing beverage technology company is seeking a Senior Bookkeeper to take full ownership of its bookkeeping operations through trial balance, working closely with the accountant, internal stakeholders, and external accountants. The role is based in Petah Tikva and follows a hybrid schedule.
Responsabilidades
- Manage the company’s end-to-end bookkeeping through trial balance
- Manage suppliers, customers, banks, and credit cards
- Record journal entries and perform monthly reconciliations and month-end closings
- Handle Israeli statutory reporting, including VAT, income tax, and National Insurance reports
- Prepare balance sheet materials and work with external accountants in Israel and abroad
- Use NetSuite for ongoing accounting operations
- Support global activities involving invoicing, collections, and payments in multiple currencies
- Monitor cash flow and perform basic financial controls
Requisitos
- Bookkeeping Certificate Type 3, required
- At least 5 years of bookkeeping experience
- Professional experience with NetSuite, required
- Experience preparing balance sheet materials and working with accountants
- Advanced Excel skills
- Very good English reading, writing, and speaking skills
