A global medical device company is seeking a Senior Bookkeeper to manage end-to-end bookkeeping, tax reporting, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities in a multi-currency environment.
Responsabilidades
- Prepare and submit VAT reports and income tax advance payments.
- Manage accounting interfaces with local and international suppliers.
- Review customs broker invoices and import documentation.
- Process employee expense reimbursements and international travel expenses.
- Lead ongoing and monthly intercompany reconciliations with global entities.
- Perform cut-off reconciliations and prepare journal entries for month-end closing.
- Manage customer credit notes, invoice cancellations, and service invoices.
- Maintain fixed asset records and record depreciation entries.
- Lead customer collections in Israel.
- Support external auditors and provide documentation for audit processes.
Requisitos
- Bookkeeping Certificate, Type 2 or higher.
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior bookkeeping position.
- Independent bookkeeping experience through trial balance.
- Experience in a global or international company, including intercompany reconciliations and multi-currency transactions.
- Experience with a multi-currency ERP system.
- Experience with VAT reporting, income tax advance payments, and reporting to tax authorities.
- Ability to work with complex Excel files.
- Fluent English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
