Own day-to-day accounting for the Israeli entity while overseeing accounting processes and local accountants in Serbia and Ukraine. This is an on-site, hands-on role in Ra’anana, Sunday through Thursday, 9:30–18:30.
Responsabilidades
- Manage daily accounting operations for the Israeli entity
- Handle VAT, payroll, payments, expenses, and income
- Perform bank, account, and intercompany reconciliations
- Manage month-end and year-end closing
- Prepare and review P&L statements and financial reports
- Ensure compliance with Israeli accounting and tax requirements
- Oversee accounting processes and local accountants in Serbia and Ukraine
- Work with auditors, banks, tax advisors, and other financial partners
Requisitos
- Strong hands-on accounting experience in Israel
- Mandatory experience in an IT or high-tech company
- Mandatory experience overseeing international accounting processes and external or local accountants
- Practical knowledge of Israeli VAT, payroll, payments, reconciliations, and month-end and year-end closing
- Experience with P&L and financial reporting
- Strong Excel skills
- Fluent Hebrew and good English
- Ability to work independently with accuracy while combining hands-on accounting and international oversight
