Own the end-to-end payroll process for Israel within a global payroll organization. Partner with HR, tax, accounting, and other stakeholders while leading payroll integrations, automation, compliance, and issue resolution.
Responsabilidades
- Own Israel’s end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
- Oversee payroll transactions including new hires, leave of absence, RSU equity, terminations, employee changes, and wage garnishments.
- Compile and analyze payroll data and provide regular reports to HR, tax, accounting, and other partners.
- Lead payroll system integration and implementation projects.
- Resolve complex payroll issues and provide timely support to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Israeli tax legislation.
- Act as the primary payroll subject matter expert and point of contact for Israel.
- Lead and support payroll specialists and process improvement initiatives.
Requisitos
- 10+ years of payroll processing experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Israeli payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor legislation.
- Experience working with external payroll providers and HRIS modules; Workday and Hilan experience are relevant.
- Experience with equity reporting for RSUs and stock options.
- Experience managing a team.
- Professional written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience executing automation projects and using AI to simplify work.
