Junior Bookkeeper – Maternity Leave Cover
An investment firm is seeking a Junior Bookkeeper for a six- to seven-month maternity leave replacement. The full-time hybrid role requires three days per week in the Jerusalem office. The preferred start date is between October 15 and November 1, with possible extension.
Responsabilidades
- Maintain bookkeeping for funds, special-purpose vehicles, and newly established entities
- Manage Access Funds within general-partner accounting records
- Handle accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and aging reports
- Reconcile balance-sheet accounts, including cash, investors, vendors, and accruals
- Prepare and record quarterly journal entries for designated bank accounts
- Manage distribution processes, including batch wire transfers, CRM updates, cross-functional communication, and related data processing
- Monitor daily transactions and maintain accurate, up-to-date books
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes for multiple entities
- Prepare trial balances, accrual reports, and other closing materials
- Prepare financial and administrative reports
- Support daily finance activities, monthly closings, and ad hoc projects
Requisitos
- Type 1+2 bookkeeping certificate
- One to two years of bookkeeping experience
- High-level written and spoken English
- Strong Excel skills
- Full-time availability

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workload
