Own the full bookkeeping cycle and finance reporting operations for a growing international business. Maintain accurate records across entities and currencies, support closing and compliance, and improve finance processes and controls.
Responsabilidades
- Manage the full bookkeeping cycle through trial balance
- Maintain financial records across multiple entities and currencies
- Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close
- Prepare statutory filings and support regulatory compliance
- Perform and review bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Maintain fixed asset records and related accounting activities
- Oversee invoicing and support accounts receivable
- Perform intercompany reconciliations and accurately record transactions
- Coordinate with external auditors and support audit preparation
- Prepare management reports and financial analysis
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring
- Improve finance processes, controls, and reporting procedures
- Provide accounting support and financial insight to business stakeholders
- Support inventory accounting and stock reconciliations
Requisitos
- Professional bookkeeping qualification
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior bookkeeping or accounting role
- Strong knowledge of month-end processes, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Experience in a fast-paced commercial environment
- Experience with international or multi-entity accounting
- Experience using ERP systems and finance software
- Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reconciliations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills
- Willingness to improve and challenge existing processes
