A growing SaaS company in Tel Aviv is hiring a Financial Controller to own multi-entity accounting, financial close, reporting, controls, and compliance.
Responsabilidades
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
- Review journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
- Own accounting activities across multiple subsidiaries from daily operations through closing and reporting.
- Build and improve accounting processes, controls, and workflows.
- Manage intercompany transactions and consolidations.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors on audit and compliance activities.
- Drive automation and efficiency improvements across the accounting function.
- Own key accounting areas and maintain alignment with US GAAP standards.
Requisitos
- Certified CPA with a degree in accounting or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience as an Assistant Controller or in a similar role, following Big Four internship experience.
- Hands-on experience with full monthly close processes.
- Experience in a multi-entity environment.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth technology company.
- Familiarity with automation tools or AI-based workflows.
- Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills.
