On-site Controller role in Israel responsible for financial close, accounting operations, internal controls, subsidiary accounting, payroll, audit coordination, and tax reporting.
Responsabilidades
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes in compliance with US GAAP.
- Implement and monitor internal controls, policies, and workflows.
- Oversee bookkeeping activities, verify accuracy, and reconcile accounts.
- Oversee accounting, local compliance, payroll, and financial reporting for foreign subsidiaries.
- Manage accounts payable, cash flow, banking transactions, payments, billing, and VAT returns.
- Coordinate payroll with the external payroll bureau.
- Work with external auditors and prepare annual financial statements and tax reports.
- Support ad hoc accounting and finance projects.
Requisitos
- 2–4 years of experience in a similar position within the hi-tech industry.
- Internship at a Big Four accounting firm.
- Hands-on knowledge of US GAAP.
- Advanced ERP systems knowledge; NetSuite experience is advantageous.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including inventory-related workflows.
- Native-level English proficiency.
