A growing real estate development and property management company is seeking a Chief Accountant to help build its finance and reporting operations. The role reports directly to the CFO and senior management.
Responsabilidades
- Prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
- Prepare reports and data for a planned offering
- Perform financial control over development projects and income-producing properties
- Work with auditors, attorneys, consultants, and banks
- Support financing processes, transactions, and business activities
- Build financial control and reporting processes
- Work directly with the CFO and company management
Requisitos
- Certified public accountant (CPA) certification
- At least 3 years of experience in real estate
- Proven experience preparing and consolidating financial statements
- Strong knowledge of IFRS
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical ability, independence, accountability, and attention to detail
