An international men's grooming brand is hiring an on-site Financial Controller in Tel Aviv to lead financial operations, reporting, controls, and compliance.
Responsabilidades
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closes and prepare accurate, timely financial statements under US GAAP.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital.
- Maintain financial controls, processes, and reporting procedures.
- Coordinate annual audits with external auditors, accountants, and tax advisors.
- Oversee tax and financial compliance in Israel and the US, including sales, state, and federal taxes.
- Provide financial analysis and management insights on KPIs, profitability, trends, and performance drivers.
- Oversee inventory controls, valuation, pricing reviews, and cost-of-goods-sold calculations.
Requisitos
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA certification
- At least 2 years of experience at a Big Four accounting firm
- Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and recommend improvements
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
- Able to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
